The Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation in partnership with Brown University has developed a learning-focused cadre of leaders who highlight and advance practices essential for transformational educational experiences in classrooms, schools, and districts. This innovative group consists of high-potential building leaders, model teachers, and aspiring administrators. The Learning Leadership Cadre emphasizes 21st century learning focused on four areas directly impacting student achievement: Leadership, Collaboration, Engagement, and Data. The goals of this bold new initiative are to transform chronically under-performing schools, support the advancement of district-wide strategic goals and create a hub of professional practice for districts throughout Indiana.
